Michael Sand

Managing Director

Michael Sand joined American Securities in 2005 and is a member of the Investment Committee. Michael is currently Chairman of the Board of CPM, Integrated Global Services, and ViaPath Technologies, as well as a Director of SOLV Energy. Previously, Michael was Chairman of the Board of Acuren and CS Energy, as well as a Director of Blue Bird, Delphi Midstream, Fairmount Santrol, MW Industries, PDM Bridge, Ulterra Drilling Technologies, and Unison Site Management.

Prior to joining American Securities, Michael worked at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on M&A and strategic advisory assignments.

He received a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and an MBA from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.
