Helen Chiang

Helen Chiang joined American Securities in 2012. She is currently a Director of FullBloom and Learning Care Group.
Prior to joining American Securities, Helen was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners focused on business services, consumer/retail, and restaurant investments. She also held prior roles at Warburg Pincus and Weston Presidio/Dorset Capital. Helen started her career in the Global Media & Telecommunications Group at Morgan Stanley.
Helen received a BA in Economics and International Studies from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
