Steven Lerner

Steven Lerner is the Founder and Managing Partner of Blue Hill Group, a financial company that invests in entrepreneurial companies and helps them manage rapid growth. Mr. Lerner is also a partner in LaunchBox Digital, an organization that provides seed capital and mentoring to start-up companies through a 12-week accelerator program.

A member of various boards, including Bandwidth.Com, Accent Energy, Petroliance, and Piedmont Community Bank Holdings, Mr. Lerner is also Chairman and Founder of two North Carolina marketing service companies, Capstrat and FGI. Over the years, he has served on the boards of locally based not-for-profit organizations with a primary focus on education and communications. Previously, he served as Chairman of Yankelovich Partners from 2001 until its sale in 2008.

Mr. Lerner received both an M.A. and a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
