Xanthe Ranger
Associate General Counsel
Xanthe Ranger joined American Securities in 2022. The general counsel’s office oversees all legal and regulatory matters affecting American Securities and the funds that it manages, including providing legal and advisory support to the investment teams and the portfolio companies in all matters including mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, financing, contract negotiation, risk mitigation and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining American Securities, Xanthe was Vice President of Legal – M&A and Strategic Investments at Booking Holdings Inc. Prior to Booking, she was an Associate in the M&A Group at Sullivan & Cromwell. Xanthe began her career in Australia with King and Wood Mallesons.
She received a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University.
