Justine Nowosatko
Vice President, Human Capital
Justine Nowosatko joined American Securities in 2022. She focuses on all aspects of human capital leadership and organizational design across the firm’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining American Securities, Justine was a Senior Associate in the Global Financial Services Practice at Spencer Stuart. She began her career at Bloomberg as an Analyst covering commodities, equities, and foreign exchange, and later, as an Account Manager working with existing clients and generating new business opportunities.
Justine received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
