Jerry Hughes

Jerry Hughes joined American Securities in 2018. He helps our portfolio companies increase revenue growth by strengthening sales and marketing capabilities.
Prior to joining American Securities, Jerry spent nine years at Blue Ridge Partners, a boutique consulting firm focused on accelerating revenue growth for clients, where he was Senior Managing Director and Industrial Practice Lead. His consulting career also includes time at Deloitte Consulting and Inforte, a strategy and technology consultancy. Jerry began his career in commercial banking, after which he held senior roles at Rewards Network Inc., a rewards-based marketing company.
Jerry received an AB in Government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
