Cliff Perry

Cliff Perry joined American Securities in 2011. He provides the research and competitive intelligence data used in the due diligence of potential acquisitions and in the development of portfolio company strategies.

Prior to joining American Securities, Cliff was the Director of Information Services for Warburg Pincus for more than eight years and most recently was the Vice President of Business Information Services at RBS. He co-founded Special Libraries Association’s Business and Finance Private Equity & Venture Capital Section for research and competitive intelligence professionals and has taught numerous classes on the resources and systems used in private equity research.

Cliff received a BA in Information Science from the University at Albany and an MLS from the Nelson A. Rockefeller School of Information Science and Policy.
